Fire red are his eyes, Prince Harry occasionally grabs air. These ten statements of his latest interview are tough. An analysis.
Already in the first minutes of Prince Harry’s interview on Friday with the BBC broadcaster: “Why is he doing this?” With high -red head, red eyes, snatching to air again and again and in between with the tears he steps in front of the cameras again. The occasion? Prince Harry finally lost the legal dispute against the United Kingdom, in which he complained of police protection.
This was withdrawn from him in 2020 when he and his wife Meghan decided to turn his back on the palace walls and emigrate to California. Your idea: We do what we want, earn our own money, step out of the company (this is what the British royal family is called) and now and then we would also like to make an appearance in the royal service – the now deceased Queen Elizabeth II did not fit at the time. Her motto was in or out, completely or not at all. Then the sussexes did not decide and were out of the royal system. And with it also from the police protection, which only applies to royal members.
However, the rebellious prince did not see that and complained for many years. In the interview now published after the defeat in court, some spicy and brazen statements are hidden. Again and again he blame the Royal Family that they should have had their fingers in the game in this decision.
You can read the ten highlight sets of Prince Harry here:
- “I see no chance of bringing my wife and children back to UK – at this time. You will miss everything, I love my country, I always have (…) I miss England, it’s a shame that I can’t show my children my home.” Analysis: The prince obviously does not see the blame for the loss of his roots in his exit from the royal family.
- “I was made a private person by the royal family, but I’m not a private person and I will never be.” Analysis: This is part of it because all privileges were withdrawn. However, the prince did not miss the opportunity to emphasize that he wanted to go and no longer wanted to be part of the monarchy.
- “I don’t want to continue fighting, there are enough fights in the world. (…) It makes me very sad that we are sitting here five years later after a decision that was made just to keep us under the roof.” Analysis: The prince has announced that. According to the motto: you only took away everything to him so that he stays.
- “Take a look at the threats, the risks and the effects, if something happens to me, my wife or grandchildren of my father – if something happens to you, take a closer look at who is responsible for it.” Analysis: He does not say it, but it seems as if he wanted to give the royal family full guilt and responsibility if the sussexes happened to the sussexes.
- “This is a duty of the care that has been completely thrown out of the window.” Analysis: Born in a prominent, royal family, he sees a duty of care in the royal family when it comes to his person, which in his opinion does not end after the voluntary exit from the royal family.
- “From 2020 it was no longer allowed to play an official role when I decided to withdraw from the company.” Analysis: This is only right in parts, Prince Harry and Meghan wanted a special bell, they wanted to do their own thing. A mixed form that has never been in the royal family and which rejected the Queen.
- “I don’t want the story to be repeated (…) to disclose: I found out that some people want the story to be repeated – which is very dark.” Upon request, he said that he would not want to run this further at this point. Analysis: He opens a barrel here, makes hints, but does not tell the viewers who he alludes to. Acceptance of the editorial team: He could think his brother, Prince William. The brothers are considered to be very disputed. With the “story” he could think of his great uncle, Eduard VIII. Out of love for Valais Simpson, he left the British royal family and lived in exile.
- “You no longer have an official role, your life is no longer interested.” Analysis: Prince Harry assumes everyone involved in the decision by the court that “his life” is no longer interested. Hard tobak.
- “My family will never forgive me to have written a book.” Analysis: Probably right, but not only in the memoirs the prince publicly moved his relatives into the dirt and blasphemed over the royal family, but also a number of interviews. Last but not least, the latest.
- “I don’t know how long my father has, he doesn’t talk to me about this security thing.” Analysis: King Charles III. is ill with cancer. In contrast to Princess Kate, however, he has not made any recovery public. The prince does not seem to be informed about the health of his father. Apparently they no longer talk to each other because of the process that has now been lost and the prince’s public allegations that the security of his family does not seem to be irrelevant to the royal family.
