Adam Lambert (42) becomes Judas. The live singer of Queen will take on the role of the treacherous apostle in “Jesus Christ Superstar”. The musical after Andrew Lloyd Webber (77) will take place three times in the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles in the summer of this year. Advance sales for the appearances in the open -air theater will start tomorrow Tuesday (May 6, 2025).
The actor of Jesus on the side of Adam Lambert’s Judas was already certain. Or the actress. Because “Wicked” star Cynthia Erivo (38) will embody the main role. The British is an established musical actress, for her role in the Broadway adaptation of “The Color Lila” she won a Tony.
Adam Lambert: Experience with Bible musicals
