Meghan has revealed personal things again in her podcast. Among other things, she talked about milestones and her pregnancies.
In the new episode of her podcast “Confessions of A Female Founder”, Duchess Meghan (43) spoke, among other things, how her pregnancies have changed their attitude towards nutrition. She also shared the largest milestone of her career as an entrepreneur. The wife of Prince Harry (40) had invited her protégé Hannah Mendoza. Their start-up called Clevr Blends was the first in which Meghan made an investment in 2020 after their retreat from the British royal family.
Among other things, the two entrepreneurs talked about how Mendoza was added to sell adaptogenic drinks. Everything started with the fact that she had prepared her today’s co -founder Roger Coppola Cappuccinos on a mushroom basis when he had to get through for a difficult time.
In this context, Meghan mentioned that mushrooms often had a different “connotation” for many people. For many people, this is “hippy”: “If you are not familiar with adaptogenic, you think: ‘Oh, that feels a bit psychedelic and great Woo-Woo’.” Adaptogens are active ingredients of certain plants and fungi that are said to have an allegedly influence on how the body deals with fear, stress and tiredness.
In truth, it is simply a food trend that Medoza, in her opinion, foresee, says Meghan. Mushrooms would have properties “that can in a way lead to you feel different in a safe way”. She also had the experience that nutrition could contribute to well -being: “During my pregnancy I had an Ayurvedic doctor and it was a lot about considering food as medicine.”
It often pondered until three o’clock
Later in a conversation, Meghan also revealed that they often wake up in the middle of the night to think about problems. “One day I have to” write “a whole book with the title ‘three o’clock in the morning”, according to the mother of two, who recently celebrated the launch of her lifestyle company “As ever”.
In her role, she sometimes feels very exposed to and under observation. For many it seems that everything they put in the world has a lot of attention, Meghan explained: “But I say: Yes, but there is also a downside of the medal, we know. It is a microscope that many people don’t have to experience.”
Meghan’s largest milestone as an entrepreneur
So far, one of the largest milestones for herself as an entrepreneur has been working with Netflix. “It is enormous that Netflix appears as my business partner,” she said right at the beginning of the new episode. That a global company is at her side shows her “that people believed in me and my vision. This is all you really want as a founder. This is the proof that the long nights and nightly brooding were worth it.” Several Sussexes projects have already been published on the streaming service, most recently the lifestyle show “With Love, Meghan”.
