Netflix comedy with George Clooney and Adam Sandler
Today George Clooney will be 64. His new film will come to Netflix in December. It is a comedy by Noah Baumbach.
Little is known about the content of the film with George Clooney (64) and Adam Sandler (58), which Netflix describes as a “heartbreaking comedy”. But the start date is now clear. Noah Baumbach’s “Jay Kelly” will be released worldwide on December 5th. The streaming service announced this. Before that, the film can also be seen in some cinemas in November.
The comedy offers “Hollywood star power in front of and behind the camera” and “commit two absolute acting greats and fan favorites,” says Netflix. So far there has been only a puzzling sentence for the action: “Everyone knows Jay Kelly, but Jay Kelly doesn’t know himself”.
Director Baumbach (“Frances Ha”, “White Noise”, “Marriage Story”) wrote the script together with Emily Mortimer. Laura Dern, Jim Broadbent and Greta Gerwig should be seen in other roles.
