Wolfgang Ambros recently had to cancel a concert and was treated in the hospital. Now there is an update to its health.
The Austrian songwriter Wolfgang Ambros (73) had to tell his fans on May 4 that he had to cancel a concert in the Upper Bavarian Traunstein due to a hospital stay. Now his team has given an update. “Wolfgang was able to leave the hospital, but is further examined,” it says. “As soon as we have more messages, you will find out here.”
Replacement date for canceled concert
From Wednesday it says that there is “even more good news”. The artist wanted to make up for the concert in Traunstein on May 25, 2025, which was displaced due to illness. “The same time, the same time. The tickets bought for 04.05.2025 keep their validity,” the article explains. On May 4th it was announced that the concert planned for the evening must be postponed in Traunstein. “Wolfgang had to go to inpatient, medical treatment at short notice. We are already working on a replacement date.”
There are also concerts in the coming days: Ambros will perform in Oslip in Burgenland on May 9 and on May 10 in Baden near Vienna. On May 23, a performance in Lannach in Styria is to follow before going to Traunstein for the musician.
