Sebastian Fitzek: My wife only thought I was a stacker
When Sebastian Fitzek met his today’s wife on a train journey, she first felt properly on the tooth.
Thriller author Sebastian Fitzek had to answer his own information from his current wife Linda, according to the test questions. “She thought I was a high forklift,” said the 53-year-old of the magazine “Bunte” about the first meeting on a train journey.
At that time Linda knew his audio books, but had no picture of him in mind. She didn’t believe him that he was the author Sebastian Fitzek. “She asked me test questions about my books. We still remained in contact, but she was not yet sure on the first date whether I might not be a show -off.”
Fitzek mainly ends up in first place in the book lists with his psychothrillians (“Die Therapy”, “The Way”). He and his wife Linda have been married since October 2022 and have two children together.
