Director Robert Benton is dead. The multiple Oscar winner, who staged “Kramer against Kramer”, was 92 years old.

Benton was awarded the Oscar three times during his career. He won the category “Best Screenplay” for “A place in the heart” from 1984. In 1980, two gold boys were presented to him at the award ceremony: for the film “Kramer against Kramer” he was also honored for the best script, and he also received the director Ocar for his world success.
