Shocking statement by Casandra Ventura

His ex-partner Casandra Ventura accused Sean Combs violence in the trial of rapper. The two were together for many years.

On the second day of the trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs (55) in New York, Casandra “Cassie” Ventura (38) said about the alleged abuse by the musician. The singer is a former partner of Combs and is considered a central figure in this case. According to US media reports, Ventura’s testimony, which is eighth month pregnant, could extend over several trial days. She was in an on/off relationship with Combs between 2007 and 2018.

That in the relationship with Combs there had always been “violent arguments”, which usually ended in “physical abuse”. Ventura is said to have cried during her entire statement. She told the court about the alleged violence in the relationship: “He hit my head, threw me up, dragged me on me, stepped on me. He hit my head when I was lying on the ground.” Combs also sometimes “punished” her by refusing to access her laptop or telephone, according to Ventura.

According to the media reports, she also spoke about Combs’ “Freak Offs”, sexual acts staged by him. According to her statement, male sex workers were hired so that Combs Ventura could observe with the other person and give instructions. For her, this became “pretty much a job”, said the singer. She added that she had the feeling of “not being able to say no” because she “didn’t want to annoy him”. She told the court that she had taken drugs at the “Freak Offs” who were made available to her by Combs because they had helped her to “distance themselves”.

“His eyes became black”

Over time, she no longer wanted to participate in the “Freak Offs” that could last for several days. She felt “humiliated” and “worthless”. But she also explained in court: “I was in love and wanted to make him happy.” Also, she did not know what a “no” could lead to.

Ventura said how Combs should have been during this “Freak Offs”: “His eyes became black – the version of him I was in love with was no longer there.” Ventura also said about the sexual practices where she felt forced to participate: “I just felt humiliated, it was disgusting, it was too much.”

Husband was in the courtroom

Ventura’s husband Alex Fine (32), with whom she was expecting the third child together, was also in the courtroom during her statement. Combs, which was arrested in September last year, is charged with conspiracy for organized crimes, prostitution and sex trade. He advocated “not guilty” and denied all allegations. The process is scheduled for about eight weeks. In addition to the indictment in New York, there are also numerous civil lawsuits against the ex-music mogul.

Casandra Ventura already sued Combs in 2023 for years of abuse. The lawsuit was enclosed, but is said to have triggered the criminal investigation.
