In conversation, Meghan says about her experience as an entrepreneur: “It can be chaotic. The best founders are not afraid to get your hands dirty. I don’t mean that you use dirty tricks. But that you are the first person with a wiping mop if it is time to tidy up gear five.” As a founder, you always have to ask yourself how to solve things in everyday life so that it is not too complicated and complex. “How can I use my hands and change my perspective so that the task no longer seems scary?”

“I don’t have time to cook every day”

This view has also been used in the kitchen since the founding of her company AS EVER: “I see vegetables and I see food to take away – because I don’t have time to cook every day,” admits Meghan. “I think to myself: Well, how can I make it appealing and beautifully and present it well so that it tastes good for people?”

She prepared acting training for entrepreneurship

In the further course of the podcast sequence, Meghan also reveals that she can also sew well due to her training as an actress. “I studied theater studies and part of the program was that you not only had to act, but you had to know all the parts of the production from the pike. In my opinion, that was incredibly good training for the management of a team, because you also appreciate what the sound engineer and the lighter.

When founding her lifestyle company, the attention to detail played a major role. Especially at the beginning, there were many little things that were in every single detail. “While I build as ever, I have to say that it is a constant state of new calibration.” As a founder, you are always in motion: “We move at work, solve problems, fill gaps in real time, paint a million tiny things from our to-do list.”
