Daughter Molly is pregnant: Oasis star Liam Gallagher becomes a grandfather

The Britpop veteran Liam Gallagher (52) is becoming a grandfather for the first time. His daughter Molly Moorish-Gallagher (27) announced via social media that she was expecting her first child with her boyfriend, footballer Nathaniel Phillips (28).

the 27-year-old presented her growing baby bump while she hugs her partner. “Flowering time,” she wrote under the series of pictures and added a pregnancy emoji. In the post office she also showed baby clothes and a throwback photo of herself.

Under the article, the congratulations from friends and fans quickly increased. Molly’s mother Lisa Moorish (53) also enthusiastically commented on “Waaaaaaah!” The fashion designer Sadie Frost wrote: “Congratulations – The Best News”.

Molly is one of four children who has the former Oasis front man with different women. She comes from a short relationship that Liam had in 1998 with the musician Lisa Moorish. In addition, he has Lennon Gallagher (25) with actress Patsy Kensit (57), Gallagher (23) with all-Saints singer Nicole Appleton (50) and 12-year-old Gemma with journalist Liza Ghorbani (51).

Molly confirmed her relationship with the footballer Nathaniel on Instagram in May 2022. Last year she moved away from her hometown Manchester to be with the athlete who plays Liverpool for Derby County as a loan player at FC Liverpool.

The story of Molly and her famous father is special: they had no contact for 19 years before they met. In an interview with the “Sunday Times Magazine” in 2019, however, she emphasized that she did not feel anger: “I actually have no resentment. I am grateful for my upbringing with my mother and for my life. I would not be the person I was today if it had gone differently.”

After Liam and Molly had finally met, the musician even dedicated a song to her: “Now that i found you” on his solo album.

So while Liam will soon become a grandfather, he is also preparing for the excited Oasis reunion. The Britpop band, which spectacularly broke apart in 2009 after a backstage dispute, became a world tour in 2025.

As “The Mirror” reports, the brothers Liam and Noel (57) received strict health requirements for this tour. Gone are the times of cigarettes, parties and alcohol – both were given clear instructions to pay attention to their health.
