This coordinate is the first 100% plant based proposal in the country and rests on the rooftop of the distinguished Patagonia Flooring Design & Art Center Foundation. The house cocktail bar has nine varieties, among which are the Negroni Mudrá prepared with a base of Campari infused with quince, Gin El Prophet and Averna; the Sparkling Piña Colada with pineapple juice, almond milk, lime syrup and champagne or the Inti Raymi with Pisco 1615, citrus mix and ginger ale. In short, cocktails and a menu with signature touches in an intimate and designer atmosphere are the perfect equation for Valentine’s Day.

Enero Restaurant is the coordinate of the Costanera porteña that promises signature cocktails under the open sky with an unbeatable view of the Río de la Plata. Its bar, Aguaviva Bar, operates from a 350m2 terraced jungle deck where the setting and lights create the ideal atmosphere to toast on Valentine’s Day. The cocktail bar that comes from the hand of Martín Rolando, as bar manager, is characterized by being fresh and original and offers signature alternatives and other more traditional ones. Some first-hand recommendations are Sex En Enero with Smirnoff, cherry brandy, pomegranate and cranberry schrub, lemon and orange juice and whole ice or El Delicioso, a fresh and slightly sweet cocktail based on Hendricks, reduced cucumber juice of grapefruit, of lemon and completed with tonic. This and other options of this style can be found in its cocktail menu and can be accompanied by its international cuisine proposal.

This February 14, starting at 8:00 p.m., the most “instagrammable” bar in Palermo welcomes free love with a new cocktail menu inspired by icons of the LGTB+ culture. Designed by the bartender Lean Milan, you can taste original combinations, among which the Madonna stands out (gin, rose and hibiscus syrup, lime and a homemade vegan hibiscus jam garnish with edible glitter), the Ricky Martín (coconut rum , traditional rum, vanilla and cinnamon syrup, with a collectible LGBT+ flag) inspired by the typical Puerto Rican dessert Tembleque, the Prince (vodka, “magic wish-fulfilling” syrup, lime and homemade vegan ginger beer) and the Frida Kahlo (tequila, coconut syrup, pineapple, orange and lime juice with a garnish alluding to the artist). This new proposal, available in the large bar of the premises, is presented as the ideal companion to enjoy while trying the plant-based street-food proposal, starring vegan baos, oyster nuggets, Not-Burgers and “fried chicken ” of seitan, as well as options for snacks and sweet temptations.
