Reality star Gisele Oppermann emigrated to Brazil
Gisele Oppermann dares to restart in Brazil. The former candidate of “Germany’s Next Top Model” turned her back on Germany with her daughter.
While other celebrities staged their emigration in a large manner, reality star Gisele Oppermann chose a different way: she left Germany almost unnoticed and emigrated to Brazil with her eleven -year -old daughter Leni. “I don’t even know why I didn’t get the idea much more,” she says.
Preparations for the new beginning in South America apparently ran silently. She continues to tell the sheet that she has sold or given away almost all of the possessions from her apartment in Braunschweig to start again in Brazil. Together with her daughter, the former “GNTM” candidate now lives in the small coastal town of Jericoacoara in northeastern Brazil. Her Brazilian mother, who is currently helping her to renovate her house, also lives there.
Gisele Oppermann: Dream of the restaurant
“It is so wonderful to fall asleep with the sound of the sea every evening,” enthuses Oppermann about her new life. In Brazil, she dreams of opening a restaurant, like her parents in front of her. However, the 37-year-old still wants to take part in German TV shows: “Others live in Dubai and fly to Germany for TV formats. I will do that from Brazil too.”

2006: Lena Gercke
In the 2006 final, Lena Gercke prevailed against competitor Yvonne Schröder. She became the first “Germany’s Next Top Model”, came to the cover of the “Cosmopolitan” and secured a contract with the model agency “IMG Models”. Since then it has been steeply uphill with a grape career. On the fashion Weeks of this world, she ran for renowned designers like Guido Maria Kretschmer, pulled advertising alumen with companies such as Katjes, Audi and Oui Set ashore and posed for one cover after the next. After the end of her contract with “IMG Models” 2010 and “Oneins” in 2012, Gercke was based professionally in new directions. She moderated “Austria’s Next Top Model” for three years, then you saw her as a presenter for “Red!”, As a juror at the RTL show “Das Supertalent” and as a guest juror at GNTM. Gercke had her breakthrough as a moderator at “The Voice”. At the side of Thore Schölermann, she moderated the show from 2015 to 2021. But Gercke still doesn’t make it, she continues to try it. She has had her own fashion brand “Leger by Lena Gercke” since 2019. With the advertising director Dustin Schöne, Gercke has two daughters

Gisele Oppermann became known in 2008 by participating in the third season of “Germany’s Next Top Model”. Since then she has been seen in various TV formats, including “I’m a star – get me out of here!” (2019), “Adam sucht Eva” (2022) and finally “Fight of Reality Stars” (2024). Unlike her TV colleagues, she is not active in social networks: Most recently, she posted in November 2023 and therefore did not inform her fans about emigration there.
