Were the 489,869.12 euros a gift or a loan? Lilly Becker and the TV manager Pierre Uebelhack could not agree on this question. Her dispute ended in court, where at least a partial amount was decided in April.

While the reigning RTL jungle queen stated at a quality date in February that her alleged ex-boyfriend had generously gave her the money, the TV manager insisted that the six-digit sum, with which he had helped Becker in a financial hardship, was said to have been a loan-and demanded the money back. On April 16, Uebelhack received law in front of the Munich district court and his lawsuit was granted to the full extent. Becker has to pay. According to the “Bild” information, Uebelhack is said to have reclaimed 154,733 euros and 27,961 euros, which he claims to have borrowed from his ex. To do this, he requested 32,248.19 euros interest and legal fees of EUR 3311.18.

According to RTL information, Lilly Becker does not want to accept this judgment. The 48-year-old is now said to have made an appeal against it on time. She had time for the corresponding application until May 16.

A gift according to Lilly Becker

Uebelhack and Becker are said to have become a couple in 2018 – as they claim. However, he denies a steady relationship. Nevertheless, he is said to have borrowed a total of 489,869.12 euros during this time to support her financially. On August 31, 2022, the ex-wife of Boris Becker is said to have been deadline for repaying this sum. But she insisted that the money was a gift within a supposed love relationship. According to Uebelhack, however, there are said to be signed loan contracts that should prove that Becker knew that the money was only borrowed. She claimed in court that her signature had been inserted digitally.

Judge Robert Engelmann concluded in April that “the defendant did not find a truth”. “After taking the evidence, the judge is convinced that it was not a gift to the funds that were indisputable, but rather loan claims. And that’s why he assumes that it must also be repaid,” court spokeswoman Cornelia Kallert told RTL at the time.
