Recently, a small space dedicated to the world of wine inaugurated in the Palermo neighborhood. Puraltura is the project of three childhood friends, who met again through their trajectories in the category of gastronomy, wine and music, and agreed to create a cozy place, with a limited menu, which accompanies its proposal of wine. Here the concept is to choose the dish and discover among more than 80 labels the ideal pairing. To do this, every night there is a sommelier in the service that advises and guides diners between different strains and styles from all over the country. “As part of the experience, we have defined a wine per cup, having available to the sparkling, white, pink, red and sweet customer, for dessert. Cup labels are designed to be able to harmonize them with the dishes, which were designed as something comprehensive,” says Alejandro Mesa Rubio, Sommelier and Puraltura partner. The chosen labels can vary, but always respecting the slogan of being “pairable” with the different options of the letter.

At home, Wine Bar de Chacarita, four wines are currently offered per cup carefully selected by the Sommelier Florencia Turdera. Each one thought to harmonize with a unique gastronomic experience: Torrontés volcano land (Catamarca), ideal with ricotta and naam bread; The 35 five of Pink Creole (San Juan), which is perfect with cheeses, Mbejú and Chutneys; the Malbec 46 (Mendoza), which properly marida the roast or cassava arepa; and the Prima Cabernet Sauvignon work, ideal flagship companion: House Six. In just 25 m², with only sixteen covered inside and some more on the sidewalk, Casa Six achieves an intimate proposal that combines wines from various Argentine regions with a kitchen of the author of intense flavors, noble ingredients and a lot of creativity. The design of the space, warm and functional, accompanies an occasion that celebrates good drink, quiet conversation and good attention in every detail.

In Magician Mercado, located in the Belgrano neighborhood, the experience of enjoying the distinctive cuts of meat is complemented by an exceptional offer of wine, designed by the renowned Sommelier Marcela Rienzo, president of the Sommeliers Association of Argentina, which focuses on highlighting labels of all regions, from the most traditional to less known projects, with excellent value for money. Among the variety of wines per cup that can be tasted are the Malbec Patrimonial of the Nieto Senetine Winery; Organic Tilia Cabernet Sauvignon de Catena Zapata, and the Blends Atemporal and Albaneve Vineyard (Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot) of Altavista. There is also the prestigious DV Catena, a combination of Cabernet and Malbec of the same winery. In the magician, the wine proposal is renewed every six months, to include unconventional grape labels and atypical areas of the country, such as Buenos Aires, Entre Ríos and Jujuy, and provide constant surprises with oenological perlites from various areas.

Located in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood, Pasillito replicates the spirit of the traditional Spanish tapas bars, but with their own identity. With a great cava especially cured by its owner, Ramiro Suárez Plata, the glass wine options stand out for their originality. Pedro Ximénez – Alma twin 2023, step by step 2023 (Creole), Lagarde 2024 (Rosé), soul twin 2022 (Bonarda) and Tetris Malbec de Laureano Gomez, are some of the varieties offered. Ideal to combine next to the original Spanish -style Spanish tapas, such as potato chips with MDQ anchovies and anchovies or fried squid sandwich.

Located in the north zone, specifically in Tigre, barn surprises with a concept that stands out for its sustainability and style. Created from 100% recycled materials, its colorful living room full of floorsand murals, is distinguished by its atmosphere. A great cava in sight exhibits 120 wines between classics and modern. The option to order them for a cup is very requested, since it allows you to taste different varietals according to the preference of the diner. Among the whites and pink, the Push Flower (Sauvignon Blanc) and terraces of the Andes Rose stand out. As far as redes are concerned, Alfredo Roca Pinot Noir, Tordos Cabernet Sauvignon and Felino Malbec Viña Cobos, are among the most chosen.
