Even if bodily harm is not explicitly on the calculation list, the public prosecutor wants to prove with the testimony that the rapper showed violent behavior, with which he massively put pressure on the 39-year-old Ventura and thus also forced them to act sexual acts with strangers. In the event of a conviction, he threatens a lifelong prison sentence. The process should take around eight weeks. Another witness and formerly good friend of Venturas, Kerry Morgan, said that Combs’ ex-partner was unable to leave him because he actually controlled her whole life. He had determined anything: her job, your car, your apartment. “He checked everything. She would have lost her entire livelihood,” said Morgan, according to CNN.

On Monday, Morgan also described two incidents in which Combs is said to have tackled violently. He was also attacked by him. Once Combs cheated on her and hit her head with a hanger, Morgan described in the court. Combs then paid her $ 30,000 for her silence.
