The Apple TV+ series is starring Jason Segel and Harrison Ford. This marks the reunion of Fox and Bill Lawrence, co-creator and executive producer of Shrinking after working together in Spin City.
Michael J. Fox will return to acting with an important role as a guest star in the next third season of the successful comedy series Shrinking Apple TV+, starring Jason Segel and Harrison Ford.
The details of the paper are kept secret, but it could be related to the therapist’s plot arc played by Ford, Paul Rhoades. At the end of the first season it was revealed that Paul suffers from Parkinson, a disease that Fox has been fighting three and a half decades.
This marks Fox’s reunion and Bill Lawrenceco-creator and executive producer of Shrinking. Fox starred in the first Lawrence series as creator, Spin Cityfor four seasons before leaving the program when their symptoms worsened. ABC’s comedy earned Fox his fifth Emmy award; had won four for Family Ties.
Since then, Fox starred The Michael J. Fox Show and has appeared resortingly in series such as The Good Wife, Lawrence’s Scrubs, Rescue me and Legal Boston, Curb your enthusiasm and Designated survivorwhich earned eight Emmy nominations. This is his first role as an actor since his character of The Good Wife resumed at the Spinoff The Good Fight in 2020.
It also marks the return from Fox to Apple after his association in the documentary award S Till: A Michael J. Fox Movie.
What Shrinking is about

Ignoring their training and ethics, he is forced to make huge and tumultuous changes in people’s lives, including their own. Fox joins the cast of the third shrinking season next to Jeff Danielswho will be the guest star as Jimmy’s father, Sherry Cola and Isabella Gomez.
