A London court released the US singer Chris Brown on Wednesday under strict requirements on the deposit. from court documents, the Grammy winner has to deposit a deposit of a total of five million pounds (around 5.9 million euros) for his release, with four million pounds (approx. 4.7 million euros) immediately due. Chris Brown: Strict editions for the release
Judge Tony Baumgartner from Southwark Crown Court, according to the report, imposed several conditions for Brown’s release. In addition to the high deposit, the singer has to hand in his passport and must not contact the plaintiff Diaw or a co -accused. He is also forbidden to enter the “Tape” nightclub in which the incident is said to have occurred.
According to the indictment, Brown Diaw is said to have hit “several times” with a bottle before chasing it through the bar and was said to have beaten and kicked together with another person. The alleged attack was recorded by surveillance cameras in a “overcrowded club”, it said in court. Despite these serious allegations, the deposit agreement contains a special regulation for Brown’s upcoming world tour.
Special regulation for the tour
The deposits were designed in such a way that the “loyal” interpreter can start as planned as planned. Every time Brown has to travel abroad, he can pick up his passport from the police and has to hand it over to a lawyer. At the destination, the document must again be given to another lawyer who keeps it until the trip to the next concert location is due.
His tour for the 20th anniversary of the stage is scheduled to begin in Amsterdam on June 8th. Already on June 11th and June 13th, two Germany appointments with Hamburg and Frankfurt are also on the tour list. The Great Britain stage then starts on June 15 with two concerts in Manchester, followed by appearances in Cardiff, London, Birmingham and Glasgow. From July 30th, Brown will be on tour in North America.
Court proceedings continue
The next court date is scheduled for June 20. Then Brown will have to appear together with his co -accused. Another date is scheduled for October 24, to which the singer must also be present in Great Britain. Last Friday, Brown was initially shown to the district court in Manchester. The judge Joanne Hirst described the case as “too serious” for her dish and referred him to the Southwark Crown Court.
