“And just like that …”: Aid actor John Corbett showed himself with his wife Bo Derek, who was no longer on the red carpet.
Rare couple appearance of “Sex and the City” star John Corbett (64) and his wife Bo Derek (68): The couple, who married after 18 years of relationship in 2020, showed itself together at the photo shoot to celebrate the new season of the “SATC” offshoot “and Just Like That …”. Public appearances by the US actress, who was considered a sex symbol in the 1980s, are now a real rarity. For her husband, she now returned to the red carpet.
In “Sex and the City” and in spin-off “and Just Like That …” John Corbett takes on the role of Aiden, an ex-boyfriend by Carrie Bradshaw. Already in the second season of “And Just Like That …” he reappeared and brought a breath of fresh air to Carrie’s relationship life. He will also be seen again in the third season.
The couple had thrown themselves in shell for the jointly completed photo shoot. John Corbett himself presented himself in a look that was unusual for the fans with a gray beard and a little longer combed back. He also wore an outfit of jacket, oxford shirt and pants in black in combination with a brown-tinted pilot sunglasses and black leather boots.
Bo Derek had also chosen a kind of suit for the appearance on the side of her husband. The former actress appeared in a white jacket and black pants with a wide leg. Both clothing had rocked nuts on the seams. A black top blouse, a clutch in a leather look and suitable pumps completed the look.
The third season of “And Just Like That …” starts in Germany on May 30th on Sky and the Streaming Service WoW. A detailed trailer has already fueled the anticipation in the past few weeks.
Carrie, Miranda and Charlotte are back!
In the coming episodes, Sarah Jessica Parker (60), Kristin Davis (60) and Cynthia Nixon (59) will return as the cult figures Carrie, Charlotte and Miranda known from “Sex and the City”. As the trailer shows, the trio is preparing for a hot summer in New York City – with “still hotter nights”. And there is also a reunion with John Corbett (63) as AIDAN. Pictures from the set already showed last year that Parker and Corbett were back in front of the camera.
The cast of the new season also includes Sarita Choudhury, Nicole Ari Parker, Mehcad Brooks, Evan Handler, Jonathan Cake, Cathy Ang, Niall Cunningham, David Eigenberg and Mario Cantone. However, fans of the series have to do without two popular characters in the third season. As US industry media reported in 2024, Karen Pittman alias Nya Wallace and Sara Ramirez, who played Che Diaz, will no longer be there.
