In a picturesque corner of Villa Urquiza, Bonario He has earned the hearts of good lovers gastronomy with a proposal that fuses the best of the Mediterranean and European tradition. Inaugurated in May 2025, the Amalgam restaurant the heat of family cuisine with the creativity of contemporary culinary, under the direction of the talented chef Sebastián Iraola.

A place that invites you to stay

In the outdoor sector, tables and chairs in terracotta tones are combined with abundant vegetation, creating a relaxed and fresh environment. Bonario’s gastronomic proposal is a Tribute to homemade cuisine, reinterpreted with fresh products and artisanal techniques. From early, it exhibits a varied cafeteria letter: Espresso, Flat White and its specialty, the Bon Affogato, a combination of ice cream with espresso coffee. Brunch also has its prominence, with dishes such as Avocado Toast, Granola Bowls and scrambled eggs with Sweet Bacon, Gallo Pico and Mango.
