Robbie Williams confirmed the launch of his new album “Britpop”advancing the album with a new song with a legend of Black Sabbath Tony Iommi.
The former Take That star shared today (May 21) the news of her first studio album in almost a decade, advancing the album with the new song “Rocket”with iaommi.
“This song has impressive guitars, as you can imagine,” he had said about the song, whose music video will be released this Friday (May 23). “It is a song full of adrenaline and unbridled rhythm.” He also commented that, although the song had more influences from rock, “pop songs appeared while working on the album.”

When referring to this issue in a recent press release, Williams said he set out to create the album he wanted to write after leaving Take that In 1995.
“It was the top of Britpop and a golden age for British music,” he said. “I have worked with some of my idols in this album; it is raw, it has more guitars and it is an even more lively album and with a hymn touch of the usual. There is some Brit and, no doubt, also pop. I am immensely proud of this work and I am excited that fans listen to it. ”
He finished saying he was Wishing “to interpret one or two songs on my next” Britpop “tourwhich I will open in the United Kingdom, naturally. “

Previously called “Robbie Williams Live 2025” tour, the next stadium dates will see the singer of “Candy” Act in cities from all over the United Kingdom, Ireland and Europe in the middle of this year, starting next week (May 31) in Edinburgh before making stops in London, Manchester and Bath.
The tour will continue through Europe with dates in countries such as Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Sweden.
The album cover winks one of Robbie’s most iconic looks, the red tracksuit he used in the Glastonbury Festival In 1995 when he celebrated with Oasis in the heyday of the Britpop era.
