In New York, the trial against the former rap superstar Sean Combs is running for accusations of sexual offenses. Combs’ lawyers now apply for an early term – without success.
In the lawsuit against Sean Combs due to alleged sexual offenses, the defense team of the former rap superstar unsuccessfully called for an early demolition of the procedure. Judge Arun Subramanian rejected the application to the New York court, as US media unanimously reported.
Previously, the fireman and arson expert Lance Jimenez testified that fingerprints had been found after a break -in into the house of musician Kid Cudi 2011. However, these were later destroyed. The defense of Combs then argued that the public prosecutor’s office made it look like Combs had something to do with it – and therefore applied for the early termination of the procedure. Richter Subramanian declined that.
However, the judge instructed the jury to ignore Jimenez’s statement about the fingerprints for their judgment.
Rapper Cudi reported on his house from burglary
Kid Cudi, with a bourgeois name Scott Mescudi, had testified to court last week and reported on his relationship with Combs’ ex-partner Cassie Ventura. Cudi also stated that Combs had entered his house after his relationship became known with the singer and had threatened to chase his car into the air. A short time later, Cudis Blauer sports car actually burned.
Combs is accused of sex trade, organized crime and other crimes. The rapper, who is known under the artist’s name Diddy, among other things, denies all accusations and does not guilty. In the event of a conviction, he threatens a lifelong prison sentence.
The main tutor is becoming a mother during the process
Outside of the courtroom, the Kronzeugin Ventura reported several reports to her third child with her husband Alex Fine. Two weeks ago, Ventura testified in the Combs process – she spent four days on the witness stand and reported long -term presumed physical and sexual abuse by the rapper.
