For actress Elizabeth Banks, life was not always glamorous. As a 17-year-old, she worked as a maid. From her experience in cleaning toilet, she has a request to hotel guests.
Elizabeth Banks cleaned toilets before her acting career as a maid. “I started working very young,” said the 51-year-old in the “Kelly Clarkson Show”. “I did everything. I was a waitress for a decade and I was a maid in a bed and breakfast,” said Banks (“Spider-Man”, “The Hungeries of Panem”). “That means I had to clean the toilet.”
From her experience, she has advice to all hotel guests: “Please stop rinsing things in the toilet. The amount of condoms and tampons that I had to get out of toilets as a 17-year-old shocks me.”
The many jobs used to taught something, as Banks said: “Life you lead is not glamorous. You end up in many crazy places, and I always think: it was worse.”
