New attempt after Christmas
McClarnon describes the support of her husband particularly moving: “I said I was ‘finished’ after the last miscarriage, and Peter agreed with it. He only said: ‘This is your body and I will support everything you decide.’ That was of enormous importance for me. ” The emotional burden was hardly bearable: “I felt that I felt that bad, it was really hard.”
The turn came with the family during the Christmas season. “Christmas with the family helped me heal,” explains McClarnon. This time of calm and being together gave her new strength for another attempt.

Overwhelming reactions
The reactions of their fans overwhelmed McClarnon overwhelmed. Band colleague Jenny Frost /47) commented: “The best news at all … you got it through, girl, but never lost the belief in what you knew about it should be.” Singer Natasha Hamilton (42) wrote: “I couldn’t be happier for both! “I really didn’t expect people to be interested in it,” admits McClarnon. “I just thought I should probably publish it before someone else mentioned. I’m still at the stage ‘Is that a baby bump or just a thick belly?’, I think, but it was just a matter of time.”
