Your own dad as governor of California? Patrick Schwarzenegger and his siblings were not enthusiastic at the time when father Arnold won the election as a politician.
Hollywood star Arnold Schwarzenegger (77) learned strong resistance of his children at the time for his change to politics. “It was the funniest at all,” said the “Terminator” star in a joint conversation with his son Patrick (31) for the magazine “Variety”. “You came to me and said:” Dad, it was so much fun to go to the set and to watch how you chase things into the air “. His new job as governor of California impressed the children less. “You all rebelled,” said Schwarzenegger.
As Patrick Schwarzenegger explained, he and his siblings “hated” the work of her father as a politician. Until then, it was “the sky” for him as a child to “drive your father to a film set”. At the time, as an actor, his father picked him up from school early on with his off -road vehicle and turned his trailer into the Terminator or Mr. Freeze in his trailer on the set, while he was able to use the meal and drive around with the golf car.
Arnold Schwarzenegger was governor of California from 2003 to 2011. Before that, he had become a star with the “Terminator” films and films such as “Conan, the Barbar” or “Twins – twins”. With his ex-wife, journalist Maria Shriver, he has a total of four children together. His son Patrick became aware of many with his role in season three of the successful series “The White Lotus”.
