Fans are concerned about Mandy Capristo: The singer released a photo on Instagram that she shows in the hospital. The comment sounds dramatic.
With a recording from the hospital, singer Mandy Capristo shocks her fans. The former member of the band Monrose lies on an Instagram picture in the patient’s shirt in the hospital bed and reveals a shattering truth to its followers: it had to be operated on and, according to her own statement, was in acute danger.
“I have long considered whether I would like to write these lines and publicly share this moment,” the singer begins her emotional contribution. The concern that it could be misunderstood as a “promotion” initially held back. But honesty won: “That wouldn’t be me.”

What started as a normal working week became a fight for survival. “Actually, a few days ago the doctorate should have started for my upcoming release, but my team and I had to stop a stop a few days ago,” explains Capristo the dramatic events.
“I was in the middle of preparation for another music project when I had to be operated on a few hours later,” says the 35-year-old. The extent of the danger later became aware of her: “At that moment I did not realize that my life was hung on the silk thread.”
The relief over the glimpse -like outcome is clearly noticeable. “I hardly find words for how grateful I am that I can write these lines to you today,” she says of her over 700,000 followers on Instagram. The singer does not reveal what type of operation was carried out or what exactly led to the medical emergency.
Fans donate consolation and encouragement
Under the moving post, countless comments collect with compassion within a very short time. “Everything can wait, health comes first,” writes a fan on behalf of many. Heart and flower emojis and countless recovery requests dominate the comment column.
It is not new that Mandy Capristo speaks openly about difficult phases of life. In the past, she had already reported panic attacks, which she plagued from her 28 years of age. “I felt that I die,” she described her fears in an interview with the “Bunte” magazine. After this phase, she pulled back temporarily to work on herself.
