What once began as a public for purpose of two powerful men has now mutated into a public feud that can hardly be beaten in terms of speed and absurdity. Trump’s reaction followed promptly: He was “very disappointed with Elon” that he supported the law until he no longer suited the cancellation of e-car sub-subsidies. Musk contradicted: He had never been informed about the content that the draft law was waved through at night – “Almost nobody in the congress was able to read it.”
