The rope of the boat “almost cut its entire arm under the armpit”, wrote his mother and added: “We briefly passed a tragedy today. I can’t believe it all yet. The accident happened in Ras Al Khaimah, a city in the United Arab Emirates, as Ferchichi previously explained in a story. There they were on a family vacation.
