Nicole Scherzinger accepted her first Tony Award under tears. The singer appeared in a red dream robe for the award.
Nicole Scherzinger, 46, stood in his eyes on the stage of the Radio City Music Hall in New York on Sunday and held her first Tony Award in his hands. The former Pussycat Dolls singer was for her role of Norma Desmond in “Sunset Blvd.” excellent.

Scherzinger continued: “When I grew up, I always had the feeling that I didn’t belong, but you all made me feel that I belong and finally arrived at home.” With an encouraging message to everyone who also feels as an outsider, she concluded her tear -rich address: “If there is someone out there who has the feeling that it has not belonged or that his time has not yet come – do not give up. Just go on and give and give, because the world needs your love and your light more than ever. This is proof that love always gains.”
The British actress and singer Cynthia Erivo, 38, led through the evening of Tony Awards. At the 78th awarding of the theater and musical prices, Darren Criss, 38, cleared the Award as the “best leading actor in a musical” for “Maybe Happy Ending”. “Succession” star Sarah Snook, 37, was awarded for her Broadway debut “The Picture of Dorian Gray” as “best leading actress in a play” and the nonbinarian acting star Cole Escola, 38, won the price for “Oh, Mary!” in the category “Best main actor in a play”. George Clooney, 64, who was nominated for his role in the play “Good Night, and Good Luck”, went away empty -handed. “Maybe Happy Ending” was honored as “Best Musical” and “Purpose” absorbed the price for the “best play”.
