First public appointment after a break

Finally Princess Kate enjoyed a little break. After a meeting at Windsor Castle, she first appeared publicly for the first time.

Princess Kate (43) completed her first public appointment after a short break. She used the past few weeks to spend the school holidays together with her three children Prince George (11), Princess Charlotte (10) and Prince Louis (7). Now Prince William (42 )’s wife is officially on duty again.

The 43 -year -old visited V&A East Storehouse in London on June 10 – a new branch of the Victoria and Albert Museum, whose patron has been since 2018. On site, Kate looked behind the scenes and persecuted how selected pieces from the archive collected, preserved and prepared for exhibitions.

For the princess, who himself studied art history at the University of St. Andrews, it was the first official appearance since her little break with the family. However, she had already noticed an appointment at Windsor Castle. It was about a heart topic that Kate has been devoting intensively for a long time: early childhood development. The 43 -year -old had made this area a central focus of her royal work and launched the “Center for Early Childhood” in 2021 – with the aim of strengthening awareness of the importance of the first five years of a child.

Next is expected that Kate will take part in the annual military parade to celebrate King Charles (76 )’s birthday on Saturday, June 14th. While Prince William (42) will probably ride on horseback in his function as honorary chief of Welsh Guards, Kate drives her together in a carriage with her children. As usual, the traditional day ends with a flight by the Royal Air Force, which the royal family follows from the balcony of the Buckingham Palace.
