A doctor has explained Motsi Mabuse that she has to do more sports. Now she is training for her daughter.
She is a professional dancer, dance sports trainer with her own dance school and juror in the popular dance show “Let’s Dance”. In the RTL format, too, Motsi Mabuse puts a brisk sole on the floor again and again. The 44-year-old does not seem unsportsmanlike. But apparently it moves too little.
“My doctor said: Ms. Mabuse, move!” Matsi Mabuse admits. Of all things, she moves too little? Mabuse also dances through her feed on her Instagram account. But the 44-year-old accepts the council. “I’m happy about my doctors,” Motsi says. According to her, she had “grinded” the sport.
The diagnosis has changed her life
That is why the mother of a little daughter changed something immediately. The native of South Africa does not find it easy: “I am doing a lot of sport right now and I can tell you, every time I am happy, but while I could throw up.” Giving up is therefore not an option: “I would like to live as long as possible. I still have a little daughter and when the doctor says ‘Move’, you move!”
For superficial reasons, Motsi Mabuse would probably not torture itself in such a way. At least one another can be concluded from April. “Self -love is a constant journey for me and I work on it […]. I am also just a person and some days are great, some just not, “she admitted. However, women are always criticized.” Either we are too thin, curvy, too loud, too quiet. “She emphasized:” Sexy is not a height. Sexy is a lifestyle as you feel and presented. “
