The undertaker and his wife Michelle McCool have made it public that the wrestling star has had heart surgery.
Michelle McCool (45), the wife of the undertaker (60), spoke to her husband about his “heart problems”. The day after a “Wrestlemania” event, the two of them had already visited a hospital for a small heart operation at 6:00 a.m., as McCool reported.
Not angry on the undertaker, “but it was scary”
At the time, he did not want to talk about what she didn’t think was fair, she continues. “I didn’t really want that today,” the wrestler throws in. But the two still talk about the topic. “We were in the hospital for four nights, two weeks before Wrestlemania,” says McCool. The old school mentality of the undertaker would appear, she says. “I’m not angry because I would probably have been the same kind of patient, but it was scary.”
McCool was unable to concentrate on his heart – and to find “the best cardiologist” for her husband. The two finally made that “and through the grace of God you are here, yes”. The doctor said that the whole thing could have ended badly. The undertaker does not replace much at this point of the podcast, now it is at least again “strong as a bull”.
However, the wrestler admits that his wife, with whom he has been married since summer 2010, has probably saved his life. Because he had undergone an examination on her Chronic atrial fibrillation was therefore diagnosed in this, even if the undertaker did not feel any symptoms. Today he is better.
