Nightmare in the luxury villa: Four armed people are said to have attacked Robert and Carmen Geiss in their villa in Saint-Tropez.
Robert (61) and Carmen Geiss (60) have had a nightmare night: Apparently it was broken into their villa in Saint-Tropez. As Robert Geiss describes in one, four people gained access to the house. “We have been attacked in our own house in Saint -Tropez – from the finest, of four armed idiots,” said the entrepreneur.
In the video you can see how emergency vehicles drive to the property. Geiss “We had to open the safes. Now the ambulance is coming, Carmen got one or the other.” She was choked and has a cut on her neck, he explains in another clip. He himself had stepped into the ribs.
Daughters speak up
The couple’s two daughters, Shania (20) and Davina (22), were apparently not in the villa at the time of the robbery. In the comments with emotional messages, they speak out to their parents: “I can’t believe all of this! My heart is destroyed. I am so shocked when I got the call from mom,” writes Davina. The attack is “by far the worst thing that has ever happened to us”. Daughter Shania adds: “I hope we think that. I’m destroyed to know that you hurt you, but I am so grateful that the worst did not happen.”
Geissens want to evaluate videos
Geiss does not make it public whether the burglars have captured something. In the next step, the Geissens want to check recordings of the security camera: “We will read out the videos tomorrow and put more information online to transfer the perpetrators,” said Robert Geiss. “We are glad that we survived.”
Robert and Carmen Geiss have been living in the south of France with their daughters for many years and has had a villa in Saint-Tropez for over ten years, where they also operate a hotel. In addition to the sophisticated port city, the family also resides in Monaco and Dubai.
