Duchess Meghan spoke about her return to Instagram and explained which message is behind her baby bump dance video.

Duchess Meghan (43) published an unusually private video on Instagram on June 4th on June 4th and caused a sensation. The clip shows her and husband Prince Harry (40) when dancing in a hospital room – and apparently shortly before the birth of her daughter. “Both of our children were born a week too late,” she said to the clip. “As a sharp food, for hours of walking and acupuncture did not help – there was only one thing left!” Dancing should help to initiate birth.

The 43-year-old gives an insight into the creation of her “Baby Mama Dance”. In conversation with the entrepreneur Emma Grede (42), Meghan initially emphasizes the importance of authenticity in public. “You have to be authentic,” explains the Duchess before asked with a laugh: “Did you see my ‘Baby Mama’ dance?”

Grede, who, according to her own information, had already watched the video with her family twenty times, is enthusiastic about Meghan’s new side: “You were, but in a way that we have not been able to see you so far.” The entrepreneur particularly praises the carefreeness that speaks from the video: “I want to see this happiness and honesty, this’ I don’t care.”

For Meghan, the four -year -old video fulfills an important purpose: it shows that there is a real, lively family life behind all the media hustle and bustle. “It is a great memory that despite all the noise or whatever people do, there is still a whole life – a real, authentic, happy life that takes place behind the scenes.”

Prince Harry’s wife returned to social media at the beginning of the year and now uses the platform to specifically share personal moments. “I am just grateful that now that I am again active on social media, I have a place where I can share it on my own conditions.” Around 3.8 million people are currently following on Instagram. She also uses her account again and again to promote her lifestyle brand “As ever”.

Most recently, however, she shared: On Father’s Day in the United States, she published recordings by Prince Harry with the two children Lilibet and Archie (6) on June 15. “The best,” Duchess Meghan wrote under her contribution. And wished, provided with hearts: “Happy Father’s Day to our favorite man.”

The episode of “Aspire With Emma Grede” will also be about Meghan’s change in public perception from the actress to Prince Harry’s wife. “If you could write your public narrative from scratch, there is something you would do differently?” Asked the hostess. Meghan replies to her: “Yes, I would ask people to say the truth.”

After their resignation from their royal duties, the Sussexes spoke openly about the pressure of the media they experienced as working royals, and that they felt too little protected by the palace.
