What wrote Blake Lively to Taylor Swift about filming with Justin Baldoni? In the celebrity legal dispute, Baldoni can now view certain messages between the actress and the pop star.
According to the US media, a selection of news between US actress Blake Lively and Superstar Taylor Swift can now be viewed by Justin Baldoni. Because the US actor has achieved a corresponding partial success in the legal dispute with colleague LIVELY (37), as several industry sheets report.
The change of news could therefore support Lively’s annoyance against Baldoni on a film set. According to reports, Baldoni may only see messages between the two celebrity women who refer to the filming.
What is the argument about?
LIVELY (“Gossip Girl”) had shown her co-star Baldoni in December because of sexual harassment when filming the film “only once” and accused him and the producer Jamey Heath in a lawsuit to destroy her reputation.
Baldoni (41, “Jane the Virgin”), who also directed the film, had in turn reacted with a lawsuit against Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds (48) because of defamation. However, this has now been rejected.
LiveLy himself said that Swift knew about discussions on the set
Most recently, according to “Variety”, LiveLy tried to prevent Baldoni from getting into her news change with Swift (35) – on the grounds that Baldoni pulls Swift into the dispute as part of a PR strategy. The US superstar had recently defended himself against a summons in the context of the legal dispute.
Judge Lewis Liman has now ordered that the news could be relevant in the case. Because: “Lively stated that Swift was informed about complaints or discussions regarding the work environment in the film-among other topics-“, cited US media from the judge’s reasoning.
A possible start of the process based on a lawsuit by LIVELY for sexual harassment against Baldoni and its production company is set to spring 2026.
