Nicole Scherzinger: The fiance is my rock
Nicole Scherzinger announced her engagement with the Scottish ex-rugby player Thom Evans two years ago. Now she raves about the support she gets from her partner.
US singer Nicole Scherzinger is full of praise for her fiance, ex-rugby player Thom Evans. “He understood me from day one,” said the 46-year-old to the US magazine “People”. It is really important to “have a partner who supports you and believe in you” – especially then, “if you sometimes forget to believe in yourself,” said the former front singer of the Pussycat Dolls.
During her preparation for her role in the musical drama “Sunset Boulevard” Evans was “such a constant and a rock”, Scherzinger enthused. She is somewhat perfectionist and works “extremely hard”. But her fiance understand this and gives her the space she needs.
Scherzinger became known as the front woman of the Girlband Pussycat Dolls. For her role as Norma Desmond in Andrew Lloyd Webbers Muscial “Sunset Boulevard” she was awarded the US theater award Tony a few weeks ago. The US singer can currently be seen in the play on Broadway. According to “People”, she and Evans met in 2019 and made their relationship public in 2020. They announced their engagement in June 2023.
