Recipe pork scalopes with potato salad
CALOPE recipe

Ingredients for scallions:

- 3 eggs

For the potato salad:

Preparation:
- In a bowl we place the eggs, milk and condiments. We add mustard and flour.
- We cut the carré into fine milanesas and pass it through the mixture.
