“That is on my Bucket List,” Aniston explains. However, this is not so easy to implement for the busy and keyful Hollywood star: “It’s about finding the time and the right piece, the right material.”

If she can still put her dream into reality, Jennifer Aniston would line up in a current trend: more and more Hollywood stars are drawn to the famous musical boulevard to New York. Nicole Scherzinger just won a Tony Award for her leading role in “Sunset Boulevard”. Jake Gyllenhaal and Denzel Washington broke a Broadway treasury record with their new production of “Othello” in March-which George Clooney had already stopped with “Good Night, and Good Luck” a few days later. Kieran Culkin, Bob Odenkirk and Bill Burr are on stage in “Glengarry Glen Ross”, Nick Jonas in “The Last Five Years”. And soon Tom Felton will also return in his traditional cult role as Draco Malfoy in the “Harry Potter” Broadway piece.
Aniston also brings the perfect prerequisites for a broadway role: After visiting an art college in New York, she gained first acting in off-broadway productions before she came to the cinema with “Leprechaun” in 1993 and a year later became Rachel Green in the sitcom “Friends” world famous.
Since then it has been one of the most influential and best paid actresses in the industry. The 56-year-old is currently shining in the Apple TV+series “The Morning Show”, whose fourth season starts on September 17th. At the same time, she plans the film projects “Hail Mary” and a work by director Sophie Goodhart.
