A soothing bath is not only a bliss on cold days, but also in the event of tension. Instead of buying expensive products, you can simply make bath salt yourself.
Apart from the fact that conventional swimming salt is more expensive than homemade, produce the purchased products (with regular use) produce significantly more plastic waste. In addition, there is only fewer handles and ingredients to make your own swimming salt – which is also suitable as a personal gift for friends and families. In the following we explain step by step how you can enjoy your favorite aromas in the bathtub in the future.
Make bathing salt yourself: the ingredients

- Step 2: If you like, mix a few dried herbs and/or flowers with the salt and oil mixture.
- Step 3: If you want to optically adapt the bathing salt to the corresponding fragrance (e.g. lavender), add a few drops of food coloring (like purple).
- Step 4: Let the glass stand for 24 hours and then shake it through it again so that the ingredients spread evenly.
