At just 27, Sophie Blau was admitted to a psychiatric ward with severe burnout. During the therapy she describes her experiences in a blog, which has now become a book. In conversation with the star she explains why sport can also be medicine for the head.

Landing in psychiatry with a burnout less than five years after graduation is not exactly the career start you would imagine.
The job as a PR manager initially seemed like the perfect combination for me. I’ve always liked organizing and writing, and my colleagues were great. I’ve been to film premieres, flown to sporting events. It was exciting, of course, but I soon had the feeling that I wasn’t really that.
