Sadness, depression, never-ending worries is what many experience in these troubled times. The best-selling author Bas Kast has experimented with many therapies – and finally overcome his own depression.
Mr. Kast, over the past few years you have been on a tour de force to find out what helps with a mental depression: changing your diet, meditation, forest bathing, hallucinogens. Have you ever considered doing what many in your situation would have done – see a psychiatrist?

Nothing can be said against both approaches, even if they are of course not perfect. But I’m just someone who always likes to see what I can do myself.
