Sure, running keeps you fit. And yes, running is healthy. And if you want to do something for your weight, it’s also the perfect sport. Laufen experienced another real boom, especially during the pandemic and the repeatedly closed fitness studios. Can’t you understand why at all? Do you hate running?

You are not alone with this feeling. That’s why we joined forces in the new episode of the podcast “She’s running. He’s running.” accepted the question: How do you still become a runner?

Why do we want to motivate you to put on your running shoes and start running? Because we are convinced that right now it is important to get as many people moving as possible. And running is the easiest and most effective way to get physically active – and to benefit from the health effects. Running is especially important for your head and mood. Studies know how moderate jogging can improve the mood. Regular exercise is therefore particularly important in a time of growing fear and uncertainty. Many people’s hatred of running is probably based on a misunderstanding. Because for many, the race is all too often about torture and boredom. It should be about freedom. And yes, right now, too, to take a little break and experience nature.
