The American Saundra Dalton-Smith works as an internist in a clinic – and she herself experienced a crisis of exhaustion, even though she believed she was living a healthy lifestyle. This experience prompted the doctor to focus more intensively on research into recovery and to write a book about it: “Sacred Rest” has just been published in German under the title “Reset” (Reichel Verlag). In it she describes seven different types of recovery that can provide people with new energy on very different levels.
