In the TV format “Hot or Crap – the All Testers”, mostly strange products are put through their paces, and nobody knows whether they are really needed. One of them was a brush for applying cream to the back. The testers’ results were surprisingly positive.
Anyone who regularly applies cream to their back (especially in summer) will know the problem: some areas are difficult or impossible to reach. If mobility decreases with age, even applying cream to your arms, legs or feet can become an insurmountable hurdle. For this reason, there are now helpful gadgets that are designed to help you – literally. One example is the creaming aid for the back. Below we present three different models.
How to apply cream to even hard-to-reach areas
What at first glance looks like a classic massage brush, only at second glance reveals what is inside the conceals: A small compartment that can be filled with the body lotion (or sunscreen) of your choice. The gadget is then used like a normal back brush – with the difference that the 19 rollers it contains not only gently massage the back, but also apply cream evenly. The participants from “Hot or Crap – the All Testers” have a recently tested and were impressed.
Tip: The cream compartment can be easily cleaned under hot (running) water.
This creaming aid for the back works in a similar way, but not quite as sophisticated (). Unlike the model from the TV show, it cannot be filled with body lotion, but should be able to distribute any type of (sun) cream and oil evenly. A special texture made of skin-friendly materials is used for this. The handle is also coated with an antibacterial coating to make it more durable and resistant to mold. The non-slip handle, on the other hand, should ensure that the cream application aid sits well and securely in the hand.
This creaming aid with a sponge surface is designed to provide even more variety, making it easier to apply creams, ointments and lotions. The set includes four interchangeable applicator brush heads (two small and two large), so that you have the right size for every part of the body. In addition, the which is available in three different colors (pink, beige, white), a bath brush made of cotton and linen – it can also be used for back treatment, for example to remove dead skin cells.
