Sweating is normal and vital for our survival. After all, sweat on the skin functions like an air conditioner. It evaporates from the skin and cools us down. At least as long as you are half naked. Things are different in a suit or dress. Sweat leaves unsightly dark stains on clothing and after a while it starts to smell unpleasant. Often in situations where you actually want to shine: at a job interview, at an important presentation or on a first date. The common thing about it is that people cannot control their perspiration. Some people start sweating heavily straight away, others only after many hours. But in the end, no one can avoid sweating. Fortunately, there are a number of things you can do to combat sweat and perspiration.
