Ramzi Fatfouta: There is no single characteristic that can be used to identify narcissism. I like to describe the whole thing as a kaleidoscope because it is a very multifaceted characteristic. That is, narcissism manifests itself differently depending on the context and personality. But there are four dominant facets that shape the narcissistic personality structure.
