When I was about six years old, I noticed that people said one thing but acted differently. They preached honesty, but still occasionally cheated. That irritated me. In elementary school I realized that I think very systematically and that only logical arguments count for me. Non-autistic people rely more on their gut feeling. I still don’t understand that to this day – if all the arguments point in one direction, why do you choose the opposite?
