Terrible burpees? Terrible planks? There are fitness exercises that everyone hates. But they are still healthy. Instructions on how you can enjoy.
Some fitness exercises are simple, some are exhausting and others just terrible. For me, Burpees – so push -up with a subsequent jump jump – fall into the last category. Hate is a big word, but I hate it. Abysmal. I am convinced that they were only invented to annoy me. No matter how many I torture myself, I don’t really get better either. Three or four burpies and the air are already scarce for me. The desire, if she has ever been there, has long been gone.
Fitness exercises: This is how love may be love
But I also belong to the “No Pain, No Gain” faction. That means I have not yet given up hope that at some point I might still be love out of hatred. And sit on the fact that when I conquer the burpees, I will grow again as an athlete.
