Corridge: The porridge with collagen. Quickly and fully packed with nutrients for a strong start to the day, at least the promise. But does that taste too? A test.
It’s breakfast time. And while some of us are still waiting for the coffee, two women have long started a small breakfast revolution. Corridge is called your answer to the stressful everyday life, poor canteens and fast but low -nutrient food. Behind it are Mirjam and Ellen Spinnenbrain – mother and daughter – that show how a real need becomes a product that is as simple as ingenious: a functional porridge with collagen, coconut or banana and everything the body needs in the morning. The two founders present their product in the VOX founder show “The Lion’s Den”. The star tested it in advance.
Corridge: The idea behind it
The idea is taken from life: Ellen, in the middle of your studies and for the first time in everyday work, quickly realized that a healthy diet often falls down under time pressure. Many know that. There is hardly any time in the morning, at noon there is only the next best roll, and in the evening the energy is missing for self -cooked. The next family visit came up: Why is there actually no breakfast that is quick, delicious, full and still good for the body? A porridge was the answer – but one with depth. So created .
What Corridge takes off from other breakfast products is not just the design or the practical portion bag. It is above all the list of ingredients. 70 grams per bag, including 67.5 percent oatmeal-a proven base full of beta-glucane, which positively influence cholesterol levels and fill them up for a long time. There is also oat drink powder that ensures a pleasantly creamy texture. And then something special: 14.3 percent hydrolyzed beef collages. That means: 10 grams per portion – exactly the amount that experts recommend as daily dose.
What is collagen actually – and why should you consume it?
Out a third of all the body’s own proteins and form the structural foundation for skin, bones, ligaments and connective tissue. In other words, we would not be particularly stable without collagen. Unfortunately, the body produces less and less of it from around the mid -20s – the skin loses clamping power, joints are stiffer, regeneration slows down. Through hydrolyzed collagen – i.e. collagen that was broken down into smaller peptides – the body can easily absorb and use these building blocks, according to the manufacturers’ advertising promises. However, the study situation leaves something to be desired. After all: Damage cannot be caused.

Corridge from DHDL in the practical test
In addition to oats and collagen, Corridge also contains 4.1 percent coconut powder -a mixture of coconut milk, paste and flour. It gives the porridge a pleasant, slightly exotic note without being artificial or too dominant. The whole thing is rounded off with unimpacted rock salt and real bourbon vanilla-no vanillin, no aroma, but real pod. It is not sweetened, and that tastes good in the best sense: the porridge has a natural basic grade that leaves space for individual toppings – be it bananas, skyr, blueberries or a few chopped nuts. If you don’t like coconut, the corRidge with banana flavor may be the right choice.
In practice, Corridge convinces primarily with its simplicity: the bag, stir with 100 milliliters of hot water, wait two minutes, done. No cooking, no transferring, no measuring. Perfect for the office, for on the go or for everyone who has more energy in the morning.
There is still the price question: – That sounds a lot for oats. But if you add up collagen supplements, protein sources and organic ingredients individually, it becomes clear: Corridge is not a cheap snack, but a well thought-out breakfast solution with real functional added value.
Conclusion: Corridge is a smart answer to modern nutritional gaps – honest, high quality and surprisingly delicious. The only drawback: the promised six hours does not keep Corridge full alone. That is why it is advisable to increase with fruits or nuts. But if you want to start the day well in the morning, you could find your new breakfast hero in Corridge. Whether with or without a lion deal.
In return, the founders offer 20 percent of their company shares for 50,000 euros. Whether a “die Lion cave“-Investor or an investor is enthusiastic about the idea, you will see VOX on Monday evening (May 5, 2025) from 8:15 p.m. on RTL+.
Transparency notice: Like VOX, the star is part of RTL Germany.
