Do you know that too? In some people, the question of a meeting feels more like applying for an audience – as full are their schedule. For a coffee date you will only have time in six weeks, before everything is full. With you even in the free time, one appointment chases the other. So it is not surprising that you can hardly relax outside of working hours – those affected suffer from Recreational. In an interview, the psychologist and mindfulness expert Ulrike Juchmann reveals when it becomes a problem and how we can make our time more carefully.

Ms. Juchmann, recently stated 50 percent of those surveyed in a survey by the opinion research institute Yougov, sometimes or often in the Leisure time to feel stressed. Is that alarming?
