The domestic economy continues to fluctuate between recession and stagnation. An outlier upwards is the Keba group based in Linz: The company, founded in 1968, records growth despite the “overall economic challenges”, as Managing Director Christoph Knogler and CFO Andreas Schoberleitner say.

In the 2024/25 financial year, sales were increased to 514.9 million euros. This corresponds to an increase of 8.5 percent compared to the previous year. 90 percent of them were generated abroad, the share of the EU (without Austria) amounts to two thirds, and business in Asia is 15 percent. Among other things, the rest of the United States or the Middle East is eliminated.
